We welcome you to a Panel Discussion with the nominees of the 20th Nordic Council Film Prize, the 31st of October in Helsinki.

The five Nordic films nominated for the Nordic Council Film Prize 2022 will be introduced in Helsinki the day before the award ceremony.

The event is administered by Nordisk Film & TV Fond, in collaboration with KAVI and Nordic Council.

Join the filmmakers in a discussion on how the films came to be. What were the initial impulses and how did the processes continue towards unique films that touch hearts across national borders? What is filmmaking in the Nordics all about today and how do we keep our films vital in the future?

Moderator Liselott Forsman (CEO, Nordisk FIlm & TV Fond) will open up the event with jury chair Mikaela Westerlund (Executive director, Walhalla ry).
