The 6th networking and training programme co-organised by the DFI and National Film School of Denmark will be held from May 19-22 in Cannes.

The course designed by Noemi Ferrer, Head of International at the Danish Film Institute and Tina Wagner Sørensen, Head of Post-Graduate Training at the National Film School of Denmark is a unique opportunity for young producers in an established company or with their newly created outfit, to sharpen their production skills and discuss co-production opportunities with other Nordic and European colleagues.

Attendees will be able to strengthen their networks during lunches and cocktails with representatives from Nordic and European film institutes, Nordisk Film & TV Fond and other funding organisations.

Experts who have shared their experience in the past include sales agent Jan Nazsewski (New Europe Film Sales), distributor/producer Thor Sigurjonsson (Scanbox), writer/director Lone Scherfig and UK production mogul Jeremy Thomas (The Last Emperor).

Approximately 24 Nordic producers with an accreditation to the 70th Cannes Film Festival are invited to apply by MARCH 31, 2017. The participation fee is €100. To apply CLICK HERE.
