The Nordic Council of Ministers has appointed NFTVF’s Board of Directors for 2026- 2028 and CEO of Icelandic Film Centre Gisli Snær Erlingsson as the board’s Chairperson.

Nordisk Film & TV Fond’s Board of Directors is renewed every third year. The board always includes five members, each from one of the five Nordic countries. Minimum two members come from NFTVF’s parties in the film industry, and minimum two from broadcasting companies that are fund parties.

During the years 2026-2028 Gisli Snær Erlingsson, CEO of the Icelandic Film Centre, will act as the board’s Chairperson and Elina Pohjola, Executive producer and Film commissioner at Finland’s national broadcaster Yle, as its Deputy Chairperson.
