The sales company headed by Tine Klint has joined forces with Norway’s Scandifilm to optimise aggregation and digital distribution in the Nordic region.
Launched a year ago by former SF Norge distribution executive Sveinung Vikeså,
Scandifilm specializes in the digital launch of films and TV dramas and offers a common marketing platform for Nordic distributors such as Fidalgo and Smile Entertainment.
LevelK says its collaboration with Scandifilm will ‘simplify workflows, optimize rights, reduce costs, increase royalties on behalf of current and future clients, and make it possible to offer a broader scope of VOD platforms across the Nordics.’
The sales company has recently restructured its team. Head of Sales & Acquisition, Natja Rosner has left the company, following the closure of LevelK’s New York office, and Derek Lui who joined the company less than a year ago has been promoted to Senior Sales Manager.
Recent pick ups include The Teacher by renowned Czech director Jan Hrebejk, selected for the 2016 Karlovy Vary competition programme.
