The series from showrunner Tinna Hrafnsdóttir is due to premiere on Iceland’s streamer Síminn November 2.
Renowned Icelandic actress Tinna Hrafnsdóttir (The Valhalla Murders, Margrete-Queen of the North) holds one of the title roles and makes her debut as showrunner, head-writer and director.
The 6x45’ character-driven family drama tells the story of a dysfunctional Icelandic family, exploring themes such as greed, sibling rivalry, loyalty and responsibility.
Iceland’s Polarama is producing with Freyja Filmworks and Projects, in co-production with Belgium’s Lunanime.
