Payment requests must be submitted by December 4 to ensure payment of instalments within this year. New applications submitted after November 6 can expect longer processing periods due to NFTVF closing the office for Christmas holidays.

Producers, distributors and organisers who wish to receive payments within 2026, must upload written status reports, cost reports and/or other required material in the application portal. These payment requests should be submitted no later than December 4 at 12:00 CET. Instalments will be paid within 14 days after approval by Nordisk Film & TV Fond (NFTVF)’s advisor in question.

Applications that are submitted after November 6 can expect a prolonged processing time of up to eight weeks due to the upcoming Christmas holidays.

NFTVF’s office will be closed between December 21, 2026 and January 1, 2027. Press releases and news proposals sent to news@nftvfond.com, or other inquries to NFTVF during this period, will be read in early January 2027.
