The Danish crime show starring Natalie Madueño and Simon Sears is being showcased March 3rd as part of Fremantle’s London TV Screenings’ international drama slate.
Produced by the Scandinavian production powerhouse Miso Film, Those Who Kill (Den som dræber) has been a major hit for Viaplay, in particular the third season (launched January 22, 2022) which broke the streamer’s records as its most watched series ever on its premiere day.
The 4th season of Those Who Kill (Den som dræber Fanget af mørket )which just started production, is written by Lasse Kyed Rasmussen (The Interrogation), with Daniel Kragh-Jacobsen (The Sommerdahl Murders) serving as concept director, next to episodic director Olof Spaak.
In the new crime drama, the audience gets even closer to the main characters - criminal profiler Louise Bergstein (Natalie Madueño) and police investigator Frederik Havgaard (Simon Sears). The duo is put to test when a young gang member is found murdered a few days after being released from prison.
Those Who Killed season 4 is produced by Jonas Allen, Peter Bose and Caroline Schlüter for Fremantle-owned Miso Film, in association with Film i Skåne.
RTL Group-owned Fremantle is among the founding distributors of the rising content market London TV Screenings, (February 27-March 3), together with All3Media International Banijay Rights, Entertainment One and ITV Studios.

At the Berlinale, several drama series professionals were eager to come to the new must-attend London TV Screenings, before heading off to Series Mania in Lille. Last year, around 500 international buyers attended the content event in London which offers curated sessions and the opportunity to connect with top on-and-off screen talent.
