Elisa Viihde Viaplay will bring together Viaplay’s original Nordic productions, Hollywood films and series, and high-quality kids content with Elisa Viihde Aitio’s original series and large array of Finnish films.

Alongside the combined service, an Elisa Viihde Viaplay ‘Total’ package priced at EUR 34.99 per month will offer Viaplay’s premium sports content such as the Premier League, Bundesliga and NHL.

NENT Group will be responsible for Elisa Viihde Viaplay’s technology and analytics, and Elisa for sales, marketing and customer support.

NENT Group’s first Finnish Original Cold Courage premiered in May 2020.

The group plans to launch at least 40 Nordic and international Original productions in 2021. Its most recent biggest hits were the Swedish series Partisan, Love Me (Älska mig) and Hammarvik (Lyckoviken).

Elisa is one of the largest commissioners of Finnish TV drama with 20 original series premiered to date including All the Sins, Man in Room 301 and Arctic Circle.
