For the 6th time, the North Atlantic House in Copenhagen is hosting a special display of short films, documentaries and feature films from Iceland, the Faroe Islands and Greenland, every Thursday of February. Last Thursday, Ágúst Gudmundsson was on hand to present his 1998 classic The Dance. On Thursday 12, it will be Rúnar Rúnarsson's turn to introduce his multiple-awarded short film Two Birds, (photo) and on February 26, Birgir Thor Møller will present Fridrik Thor Fridriksson's Devils Island (1996), his modern barrack story from post-war years in Reykjavik.
