The kids adventure programme Wild Kids produced by Jarowskij picked up a statuette for Best Non-Scripted Entertainment at the 3rd International Emmy Kids Awards which took place in New York on February 20.
Wild Kids is an adventure ride which takes 10 year-olds into the wilderness in an exciting survival competition. Whether it’s balancing on the back of a dolphin, climbing rocks, or starting fires without matches, the kids compete against each other in ways they would never have dreamed of. The show is one of SVT’s most popular children’s programmes and another season has been commissioned to Jarowskij.
SVT was also nominated for the kids Factual series Snoffe, Döden Och Jag (My Pet, Death & I) while Norway had NRK’s MK-X show running in the Kids-Pre-school competition.
