Sweden's famous ?Rocky' dog cartoon character created by Martin Kellerman is going to be made as a TV series and a feature film for Nordisk Film.

The dog with the laconic face whose life and tribulations are drawn from Kellerman's own experiences, have been published throughout the Nordic countries and in many other territories. Rocky even appeared as a play at Stockholm's Stadsteater as well as in Finland and Norway.

Now fans will have the pleasure to view their favourite cartoon character as a 3D animated figure thanks to Denmark's famous animated studios A Film (Help! I'm a Fish) who will work hand in hand with Kellerman. The 13X2 minutes TV series and following feature film will be produced by Lars G. Lindström and Rene Ezra for Nordisk Film Production in co-production with SVT, A Film, with support from the Swedish Film Institute and the MEDIA programme.
