The experienced producer will leave Helsinki-filmi in September to take the position of Head of Film Production at SF Studios Sweden.
She will replace Fredrik Wikström Nicastro, promoted SVP of International Production as part of SF Studios’ push on the international and will report to Tim King, EVP Production.
Sucksdorff has been CEO at the leading Finnish production house Helsinki-filmi since last year. Her most recent productions are Dome Karukoski’s Tom of Finland and Heart of a Lion, as well as The Mine by Aleksi Salmenperä.

The Bonnier-owned Scandinavian film group has another strong production team in Copenhagen under Head of Production Lars Bredo Rahbek’s leadership.
