The Finnish Film Foundation has appointed Pekka Uotila (left) and Piia Nokelainen (right) as new film commissioners, responsible for shorts and documentary films. Uotila is an established cinematographer, who has also directed several short and documentary films. He will take up his new position on August 15. Nokelainen is a producer, currently working at Pohjola-filmi. She will join the Finnish Film Foundation on January 1, 2016.
